We were the first production to do the smaller orchestrations. Scott Wise, the director was very interested in using video and Jessi Sedon-Essad did some beautiful work. This production was co-designed with me by a student. At times that was a bit difficult, but in the end we got some really great results. I was also doing the opera "The Marriage of Figaro" at the same time which also added to the challenge.
